Observation

Two children left the Center building with an unauthorized person on 5/10/23. Court order was in place and no-pick-up form was updated in children's files. 3 year old boy was released from his classroom by staff without confirming who was picking child up, and 6 year old boy ran out of the building without staff's permission.
